Modern Luxuries has converted this simple room into a contemporary gallery/guest room by incorporating a pullout sofa and a custom dresser/makeup table, in addition to custom artwork. The space has been transformed into a functional work of art. The cabinetry was provided by Rylex Custom Cabinetry & Closets, and the custom window treatments were tailored by Juanita Sicurella-Strassfield. The photos were captured by Margret Ferrec.
